Tell us where you’re moving!

If you are moving or heading south for the winter, please update your address so you can continue to receive Serve Credit Union mail, including statements and debit/credit cards.

To update your address, log in to Your Online Membership (aka Online Banking) and follow the steps below:

  • Click the menu button Online or in the Mobile App

  • Scroll to User Profile and select “Settings”

  • Select “Edit Address”

  • Update your address and click “Submit”

If you do not utilize our Online or Mobile platforms, you may stop into either branch or request an address change via phone or email. A signature may be required if requested in person, phone or email.
