Wire Transfers

The credit union can initiate outgoing wire transfers and accept incoming transfers. Please note that wire transfers require adequate and specific information to ensure the safety and security of your funds, and this process should not be rushed.

Serve Credit Union reserves the right to require a wet signature on any wire form.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Serve Credit Union’s Court Ave branch offers Safe Deposit Boxes when available. Please note that the rental process must be completed in person. We recommend calling or texting (515) 243-2677 ahead of time to request availability on our three sizes or complete this form.

Night Drop Box

For secure after-hours deposits and loan payments:

423 East Court Avenue location has a night drop box available just to the south of the drive-up window
Urbandale has a drop box available just to the right of the main entrance.

Please write your Member Number and Suffix Number on the provided envelope to ensure proper deposit.

Deposits will be made the next business day.

Notary

We have Serve CU employees available for notary services at both branch locations. Please do the following to prepare:

Call ahead of time to ensure availability
Provide a valid Government Photo ID
Do not sign documents prior to service, as the notary needs to witness the signing of a document.

This process only takes a few minutes and is free to members. Serve Credit Union notaries shall exercise diligence and utmost care in the performance of all notarial acts.

Coin Counting

Members are welcome to bring coins to the credit union to be counted. This is a free service and typically only takes a few minutes.

Please note: this service cannot be offered through the drive-thru and is not available for Shared Branch members.
