Address Change

Tell us where you’re moving!

If you are moving or heading south for the winter, please update your address so you can continue to receive Serve Credit Union mail, including statements and debit/credit cards.

To update your address, log in to Your Online Membership (aka Online Banking) and follow the steps below:

  • Click the menu button Online or in the Mobile App

  • Scroll to User Profile and select “Settings”

  • Select “Edit Address”

  • Update your address and click “Submit”

If you do not utilize our Online or Mobile platforms, you may stop into either branch or request an address change via phone or email. A signature may be required if requested in person, by phone, or email.

Skip A Pay Request

Qualified members may have the option to skip their loan payments for one month on one or all of their Serve Credit Union loans!

There is a small fee of $25 per loan for this service. To determine if you are eligible to skip your loan payments, fill out the form below and a member of our Loan Team will be in contact! Thank you!

Member(s) must be in good standing

Applicant/Co-Applicant must not have caused a loss to SCU.

All applicant/co-applicant loan(s) and account balance(s) with SCU must be current, with no delinquencies or negative share/share draft balance(s) within the last 60 days prior to SCU receiving the written Skip-A-Pay Request form.

The loan account must have been open for at least 180 days.

There must be no active system "freeze codes" on the applicant/co-applicant's account(s).

 

Eligible loans

Eligible loans are closed-end, simple-interest consumer loans such as but not limited to: New and Used Autos, Recreational, Share Secured, Consumer Goods, and Personal Unsecured.

Loans not eligible include: real estate secured, business, student loans, personal lines of credit, and credit cards.

You may skip one full payment per eligible loan twice per calendar year and no more than 5(five) times over the life of the loan.

 

Please note

You must complete one authorization request form per eligible loan.

Automatic payments received electronically from another financial institution may require additional signatures to stop and restart. Requests must be received at least 10 business days prior to your payment due date.

You will be responsible for stopping and restarting recurring payments set up through online banking.

Skipping payments may reduce the total value of benefits provided by ancillary credit products sold in connection with the loan. For example: if you purchased GAP Protection or Debt Protection on the loan, there may be limitations per the GAP or Debt Protection contract. Please review your contract for each protection purchased.

Our Membership Cards have been redesigned!

If you’ve never had a Membership Card or would like to receive a new one, complete the form below!

You may request a physical card to be picked up in branch or have a Digital Membership Card sent straight to your Online Banking!
